Abstract：
某工程安置房项目设计和施工中,综合应用＂BIM+＂技术、航拍点云扫描、智能建造综合管理平台、5G传输等建造技术,在日照模拟、风环境模拟、土方算量、节能计算、塔式起重机监测、劳务管理等方面取得了良好效果.
