Abstract：
垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)作为理想的激光光源,具有广阔的发展前景。在光纤通信、光互连以及激光打印等应用领域中,大多要求VCSEL工作在基横模状态,而由于VCSEL自身的结构特点,易于激射出多横模,因此对VCSEL横向模式的限制成为了研究热点。本文综述了VCSEL横模控制方法的研究报道,分类分析了光子晶体、表面浮雕、反波导、扩展谐振腔以及高对比度光栅结构等横模控制方法的研究进展。
