The　polarization　bistable　(PB)　single　fundamental　mode　VCSEL　was　realized　by　using　dual　mode　confinement　microstructure,　rhombus　shape-oxide　aperture　and　photonic　crystal.　As　the　injection　current　increasing,　the　device　polarization　direction　has　been　changed.　(C)　2020　The　Author(s)
