Abstract:

  钙钛矿太阳能电池由于成本低、质量轻、可柔性制备等优点,受到科研工作者的关注。但是相比于传统的无机太阳能电池,钙钛矿太阳能电池的光电转换效率还需要进一步提高。金属表面等离激元是增强太阳能电池光敏层光吸收的有效途径,能够有效地提高太阳能电池的光电转换效率[1,2]。
