Abstract:

  二氧化钒在68oC 会发生金属绝缘体转变[1],这种特性使得二氧化钒在多个领域具有广泛应用。热、电和光都可以触发二氧化钒发生金属绝缘体转变,其中电触发的方式在实际应用中尤为广泛。然而,关于是电场作用还是电流的焦耳热效应促使相变的发生尚存在争议。
