Abstract:
掺钕光纤因其独特的能级结构可产生0.9μm、1.06μm、1.3μm波段的激光输出,当其在准三能级结构运转时可产生930nm波段激光输出,可用于双光子荧光显微镜中实现深度组织成像与活体细胞动态观测.此外,经频率变换后可直接获得465nm蓝光输出,其在水下通信与探测及生物医疗等领域有广阔应用前景.
