Abstract:
超连续谱光纤光源具有光束质量好、空间相干性好、亮度高和结构紧凑等优点,是国际上最受关注、最具发展前景的激光源之一。特别是,紫外光增强的超连续谱在生物医学光子学领域,如光学相干断层扫描成像(OCT)、共聚焦显微成像、荧光共振能量转移技术(FRET)等方面有着重要的应用。
