Abstract:
本文报道了基于碲化物光纤的中红外超连续谱光源.实验中采用1.5μm调制种子光源,经过25m单模光纤拉曼平移到2μm后,经过掺铥光纤放大器进行放大后得到平均功率9.75W、重复频率150kHz,对应峰值功率10 kW,光谱范围1.9~2.4μm的超连续光谱.
