Abstract:
2μm波段飞秒脉冲激光因其具有窄脉宽、宽光谱、高峰值功率等特点,在材料加工、光学频率梳的产生以及中红外非线性频率转换等领域有重要应用.目前主要通过被动锁模以及基于1.5μm掺铒飞秒激光器的非线性频率转换技术产生2μm飞秒激光.相比于2μm锁模光纤激光器,1.5μm掺铒光纤激光器工作在技术成熟的通信波段,具有成本低、稳定性高等优点,并且通过非线性频率转换产生的拉曼激光具有窄脉宽、中心波长可调谐的特点,可实现宽带可调谐拉曼孤子输出.
