Abstract:

离心式喷嘴因其结构简单、成本低,常作为燃烧组织装置应用于各种航空航天发动机。深入了解不同几何构型的离心式喷嘴流动特性,可探究液膜流动破碎机理,完善喷嘴设计准则。本文利用粒子动态分析仪(PDA)和高速摄影系统,研究了不同注压下喷嘴锥形液膜流动、破碎及雾化特性,分析了不同注压下液膜流动速度对破碎的作用规律,并结合相应实验数据求解了锥形液膜的色散方程。结果表明:随着注入压力从0 MPa增加到0.5MPa,喷嘴流量增大,三槽喷嘴液膜破碎长度从18.3 mm下降到9 mm,五槽喷嘴液膜破碎长度从17.5 mm下降到7.8 mm,喷雾锥角先增加后趋于稳定,三槽与五槽喷嘴稳定后的喷雾锥角分别为71°与69°...
