Abstract:

AlSi10Mg合金是目前激光选区熔化(Selective laser melting,SLM)技术应用最为成熟的铝基合金,其优异的SLM成形质量使其备受关注,然而目前SLM成形的AlSi10Mg合金力学性能还无法完全满足航空航天领域的需求。为进一步强化SLM成形AlSi10Mg合金的性能,采用预合金技术制备的AlSi10Mg-0.6Er-0.4Zr合金粉末,制备SLM成形试样,研究了激光能量密度对AlSi10Mg-0.6Er-0.4Zr合金SLM成形试样相对密度的影响,并与相同工艺参数条件下AlSi10Mg合金SLM成形试样的力学性能进行比较。研究结果表明,随着激光能量密度的增加SLM成形A...
