Abstract:
为了满足大气法规对排烟总管处的NO_x排放速率和体积分数的限制,需要开展柴油机台架群的NO_x治理.针对测试场地和台架运行特点,采用选择性催化还原(SCR)系统处理每个台架排放的NO_x,并根据总管NO_x排放协调每个台架处理效率的分布式控制技术,提出了针对单个台架的控制难度系数和多台架的综合控制难度系数两个指标,并以综合控制难度系数最小为优化目标来确定每个台架的实时NO_x转化效率.经验证可知,该方案能够实现柴油机台架群组并联共用排气管的NO_x尾气治理.
