Abstract：
城镇老旧小区改造是当前城市建设领域的一项重点工作，但是在实践中，常面临改造内容相对基础、资金来源单一、群众意愿难协调等困境。基于此，本文提出城镇老旧小区连片改造策略，探讨其内涵和意义，并提出连片改造策略要点，即在宏观层面，制定老旧小区改造专项规划；中观层面，增加老旧小区与城市的互动，巧借城市资源来弥补老旧小区短板，同时通过老旧小区改造促进城市空间和设施的更新提升；微观层面，通过拆墙并院等手段实现资源的统筹与共享。
