The　main　research　content　of　this　paper　is　a　monitoring　platform　for　cardiovascular　epidemic　diseases.　It　is　mainly　aimed　at　the　people　who　have　been　diagnosed　with　cardiovascular　diseases,　provide　them　with　daily　monitoring　in　their　daily　life,　timely　help　patients　find　the　disease,　and　timely　adjust　their　lifestyle　such　as　diet　and　sleep,　so　as　to　achieve　the　effect　of　disease　control　and　prevention.　The　platform　is　realized　by　using　big　data　analysis,　cloud　computing,　machine　learning　and　other　technologies.　This　paper　will　introduce　the　requirements　analysis　of　the　system,　including　the　system　design,　including　the　design　of　core　algorithms,　hoping　to　provide　timely　disease　monitoring　services　for　patients　with　cardiovascular　epidemics　through　the　use　of　information　technology.　©　2022　IEEE.
