Abstract:
In order to study the seismic performance of a concrete frame stair structure with damping support, a 1 :2 damping support stair test model was designed and made, and the quasi-static test was carried out. The failure mode, hysteretic performance, and deformation ability of the damping bearing stair were studied experimentally. The working mechanism of the damping bearing stair was analyzed, and the experimental results of the damping bearing stair were compared with those of fixed bearings and sliding bearing stairs. Test results show that the damping bearing the stairs by damping bearing bench plate deformation and energy dissipation of protection, load to damage, the bench plate. There was no obvious damage, peak load bearing capacity after falling slowly. There is still good bearing capacity and deformation capacity. Damage occurs mainly in the frame beam, the ladder beam. Its ductility is better than the fixed support stairs. Bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity are higher than sliding support the stairs. © 2022, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock. All right reserved.
