Abstract：
高校教师党支部书记＂双带头人＂培育机制是党支部强化政治功能和突出育人功能的重要手段及有效途径.基于调查研究的结果,分析了＂双带头人＂培育机制落实现状,探索提出具有针对性的解决方法.
