Abstract：

This　study　explores　the　role　of　green　supply　chain　management　(GSCM)　in　the　sustainable　performance　of　energy　sector　organizations　in　Pakistan.　A　survey　method　was　used　to　collect　data　from　the　management　of　energy　sector　organizations.　Results　show　that　GSCM　is　a　crucial　element　for　the　sustainable　performance　of　energy　organizations.　This　study　provides　some　valuable　insights　to　the　higher　management　of　energy　sector　organizations　to　adopt　GSCM　for　sustainable　performance.　©　2023　IEEE.
