Abstract:

4130X钢常用于制作CNG气瓶,储运天然气。由于天然气中的硫化氢杂质与冷凝水结合形成腐蚀环境,同时气瓶的充放气过程和运输造成低周疲劳的工况,故会对4130X钢的裂纹扩展速率产生影响。本文通过实验研究不同腐蚀环境下,加载频率对4130X材料的裂纹扩展变化的影响规律。结果表明,在空气环境中,当频率由100Hz降至0.01Hz,其裂纹扩展速率加快了1.5倍;当频率为0.1Hz时,腐蚀环境的添加使裂纹扩展速率增大7.47倍。在工程实际中,气瓶的充放气频率不高,腐蚀和低频的耦合与气瓶实际工况更为吻合,所得数据更贴切,更具备工程价值。
