Abstract:
In this study, a adapted Peak Canceling Crest Factor Reduction (PC-CFR) module, with twelve reconfigurable Cancellation Pulse Generators, is proposed to the transceiver design for Sub-6GHz 5G-NR scenarios. The method has been implemented to ASIC and the corresponding pre-layout simulation results have been analyzed with MATLAB. In this brief, both 20MHz and 100MHz bandwidth simulation results are proposed. The Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) has been reduced in different degree corresponding to various threshold level, with the payment as accepted Signal Noise Ratio (SNR).
