Abstract：
文章从高校数字档案馆建设的必要性出发,借助SWOT分析方法,从外部环境机会和威胁、内部优势和劣势等方面,对高校数字档案馆建设工作进行战略环境分析,并基于分析结果提出了若干工作思路。
