Abstract:
本发提供一种第五代镍基单晶高温合金及其热处理方法。按质量百分比包括:Cr:2.0~5.0%,Al:4.0~7.0%,Co:7.0~12.0%,Mo:1.0~3.5%,Ti:0.5~2.0%,Ta:6.0~9.0%,W:3.0~7.0%,Re:4.0~6.5%,Ru:4.0~6.5%,Hf:0~0.1%,其中Ta/Al为1.3‑1.5,其余为Ni和不可避免的杂质;采用连续式升温固溶处理,当温度升至1295℃~1305℃后,以2.5℃~5.0℃/h的升温速率升温至1345℃~1355℃。该合金具有优异的高温蠕变性能,其在1110℃,137MPa条件下蠕变寿命可达748h,达到国际第五代合金的水平。
