Abstract:

本发明属于环境催化技术领域,提供一种活化聚氨酯及其制备方法和用于VOCs催化降解的复合催化剂及其制备方法。制备活化聚氨酯的方法包括:将废聚氨酯进行热压成型、剪切,得到小块废聚氨酯;对所述小块废聚氨酯进行洗涤、干燥,然后与含二异氰酸酯、有机胺和第一有机溶剂的混合溶液混合,进行反应。本发明对废聚氨酯进行活化,所得到的活化聚氨酯能够作为光转化催化剂的载体,不仅缓解了废聚氨酯带来的环境压力,还实现废聚氨酯的高值转化。
