Abstract:

本发明公开了一种热态精炼渣回收利用的经济效益计算和可行性评估方法和系统,涉及钢铁冶金技术领域。包括:根据热态精炼渣的精炼参数,计算待回收精炼渣的实际硫容量;根据回收精炼渣所需时间、精炼站允许等待时间以及待回收精炼渣中的实际硫容量,对待回收精炼渣进行回收价值的评级估算;当待回收精炼渣的评级为预设等级时,对待回收精炼渣进行回收,否则,进入下一步;根据新钢包的净空高度以及钢种脱硫要求,分别计算不回收精炼渣和回收精炼渣时新钢包脱硫所需渣量;分别计算不回收精炼渣和回收精炼渣时所需的补加渣料量;计算对待回收精炼渣进行回收的经济效益值;在经济效益值大于预设效益值的情况下,对待回收精炼渣进行回收。
