Abstract:
原位自生三层核壳结构Al2O3/TiC/TiB颗粒增强铁基复合涂层及制备,属于激光熔覆技术领域。激光熔覆涂层原材料包括以下质量百分比的粉末:C:2.2~3.4%、B : 9.2~10.6%、Cr:12~20%、Si:4~6%、Ni:6~10%、Ti:20~25.1%、Al2O3:0.8~1.2%,余量为Fe。采用激光熔覆进行涂层制备;所述原位自生Al2O3/TiC/TiB颗粒是三层核壳结构,核心是Al2O3,中间层是TiC,外层是TiB。本发明激光熔覆得到的三层核壳结构颗粒增强铁基复合涂层增强颗粒分布均匀、组织细化,硬度较高,具有良好的耐磨性。
