Abstract:

一种适用于铁电光伏的有机‑无机杂化钙钛矿多铁性材料,涉及新型功能材料领域。其化学式为[NH2NH3][Cr(HCOO)3],其是一种带隙宽度约为1.67eV的半导体材料,晶体结构为正交钙钛矿结构,属于正交晶系,空间群为Pna21,晶胞参数为其铁电极化来源于BX3框架扭曲和A位的极性有机阳离子以及二者的耦合,铁电极化方向为[001]方向,铁电极化值约为2.60μC/cm2,相对于已知Cr系金属甲酸铵框架材料,其铁电极化值提高了一个数量级以上;其基态磁结构为A型反铁磁(A‑AFM),Cr2+磁矩的绝对值为3.85μB。
