Abstract:

本发明提出了一种基于金属有机框架材料的纳米阵列复合光催化剂及其制备方法,属于催化剂研发和制备技术领域。本发明在FTO导电玻璃基质上原位生长Ni‑BDC纳米片阵列,扩大了比表面积有利于CO2吸附;并负载吸光性较好的NH2‑MIL‑125,避免发生堆积,所构筑的异质结结构增加了对光的捕获和可见光利用,增加了比表面积,暴露出更多的活性位点,实现了光生电子‑空穴对的高效相间分离。除此之外,本发明制备方法简单,易于实施,产率高,易于批量生产。
