Abstract:

本发明涉及一种S掺杂的Fe单原子ORR催化剂的制备方法,属于电催化技术领域。本发明将AlCl3·6H2O与2‑氨基对苯二甲酸溶解于N, N‑二甲基甲酰胺中,在温度190~210℃下反应46~50h得到NH2‑MIL‑53(Al);在氮气氛围下,NH2‑MIL‑53(Al)匀速升温至790~810℃并保温2~2.5h得到反应物;反应物加入到盐酸溶液中,在温度70~80℃下恒温搅拌反应23~25h,固液分离,固体依次经洗涤、干燥即得N‑HPC;将N‑HPC、葡萄糖和硫脲加入到去离子水中得到N‑HPC混合溶液,N‑HPC混合溶液在温度170~180℃下反应23~25℃,固液分离,固体烘干,氮气氛围中匀速升温至温度790~810℃并保温1~1.5h得到S, N‑HPC;将酞菁铁分散液逐滴滴加至S, N‑HPC溶液中搅拌反应2~2.5h,固液分离,固体烘干,氮气氛围中匀速升温至温度890~910℃并保温1~1.5h得到Fe@S, N‑HPC。Fe@S, N‑HPC中的N、S共配位有效调整Fe电子结构。
