Abstract:

一种高丰度稀土铁硼再生磁体及其制备方法,属于稀土永磁材料及其回收技术领域。对高丰度Ce/La稀土铁硼不合格品及加工料头等进行表面处理后,进行粗破碎和氢爆制粉;采用速凝甩带技术制备Ce、La、Nd、Pr稀土合金并氢爆;将以上两种材料按照一定比例球磨混合、取向、压型,再经烧结和热处理,获得再生烧结磁体。本发明制备的再生磁体,废料利用率高达95%,稀土添加量低(0~5wt.%),且轻稀土添加比例(LaCe/NdPr)高于50%,再生磁体的矫顽力显著提高,综合磁性能相当甚至高于原始磁体。本发明能够精确调控廉价轻稀土La、Ce,获得较高性能的再生磁体,从而实现高丰度稀土永磁的高值化再生利用。
