Abstract:

一种Zn、Er、Zr复合微合金化AlMgMn合金的双级均匀化退火工艺,属于有色金属技术领域。其有以下合金成分5.82%Mg、0.18%Er、0.12%Zr、0.69%Mn、0.58%Zn,其余含量为纯铝。经325℃/(2‑10h)低温析出退火后,再进行420‑430℃/24h的高温均匀化退火。其中,最优的双级均匀化工艺为325℃/8h+430℃/24h。该工艺在达到均匀化目的的同时,使得第二相粒子在低温均匀弥散析出,提高了合金的力学性能,并为后续的热处理工艺奠定了基础。
