Abstract:

本发明公开了一种内冷却薄片激光器及制备方法,包括:自一侧至另一侧依次设置的热沉、高反层、内冷却薄片增益介质、高透层、无源层和输出镜,内冷却薄片增益介质通过光学耦合系统与泵浦光源相连;内冷却薄片增益介质包括薄片增益介质,薄片增益介质上形成有周期性微孔、冷却微孔和微通道;其中,周期性微孔垂直于薄片增益介质的出光面以构成光子阵列,用于限制薄片增益介质中产生光场,形成阵列光场;冷却微孔呈阵列布设在周期性微孔的外侧且垂直于薄片增益介质的出光面,冷却微孔与微通道相连通以构成内冷却通道;热沉上设有与内冷却通道相连通的冷却液入口和冷却液出口,内冷却通道内流通的冷却液不扰动光在薄片增益介质中的传播。
