Abstract:

本发明提供一种从废加氢催化剂中分离回收钼的方法及应用。所述方法:将废加氢催化剂与二氧化硅、硼酸、碱金属盐或氢氧化物进行混合后,对所得混合物进行熔炼,所得熔体在冷却过程中玻璃相萃取废加氢催化剂中的杂质元素形成微晶玻璃相,并在所述微晶玻璃相表面析出可溶性碱金属钼盐相,实现一步分离、回收钼。本发明实现了一步高效分离钼与其他杂质元素,实现一步回收钼,且具有较高的经济效益;该过程工艺流程短、操作简便、设备要求低,利于工业化发展,实际应用前景好。
