Abstract:

本发明公开了一种电催化氧化挥发性有机污染物为高价值产品耦合产氢的方法。具体步骤包括:将挥发性有机污染物送入压缩机进行压缩,压缩后的挥发性有机污染物送入冷凝器,其中有机蒸汽从气态变成液态后,进入电催化系统进行电催化氧化过程。电催化系统采用三电极体系,包含参比电极、工作电极、对电极,恒电压区间为1.2~2.0V, 电解液为0.1~2M的碱性溶液,电解结束后通过分离、萃取方法即可获得高价值产品。本发明可以彻底去除挥发性有机污染物中的有害物质,并将其转变为高利用价值的化工产品或原料,同时在阴极产生氢气,反应条件温和、不产生二次污染,具有广泛的应用前景。
