Abstract:

本发明提供基于多回路改进SNA‑PID的炉膛温度智能优化控制方法。实际工业现场大多依靠领域专家凭借经验依据污染物排放浓度进行操作,从而导致炉膛温度波动大,污染物排放浓度难以最优。首先,面向以炉膛温度控制为目标的过程对象建模问题,建立基于最小二乘决策树(LSDT)的多入单出被控对象模型;接着,面向炉膛温度与多个操作变量相关的问题,提出基于ISNA‑PID的多回路控制器;最后,面向以降低与炉膛温度相关污染物排放浓度为目标的优化设定问题,建立基于CART树算法的单入单出指标模型,采用粒子群优化(PSO)算法求解NOx与CO2排放优化模型获得炉膛温度设定值。本发明能够实现炉膛温度设定值的自主寻优,降低了污染物排放浓度。
