Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于激光熔覆技术的盾构机刀盘疲劳寿命预测方法,采用激光熔覆工艺对预热后的盾构机刀盘表面加工多种涂层;采用响应面法选定激光熔覆技术参数的因素和水平;制备盾构机刀盘的激光熔覆涂层金相试样;计算激光熔覆后盾构机刀盘的质量评价系数;获取激光熔覆后盾构机刀盘的显微硬度数据;统计激光熔覆涂层试样的力学性能参数数据、激光熔覆涂层试样的疲劳寿命参数并绘制S‑N曲线;将相应的性能参数作为输入,构建基于堆叠式自编码器分配的深度神经网络方法的激光熔覆后盾构机刀盘疲劳寿命预测模型。本发明可显著提高疲劳寿命预测模型的灵敏度,从而实现基于小数据集的激光熔覆后盾构机刀盘疲劳寿命预测。
