本发明提供了一种扫描电镜中原位观察锂枝晶生长的方法,涉及能源材料原位电子显微学表征技术领域。本发明通过在扫描电镜中组装原位全固态电池,在充放电过程中获取锂枝晶生长的扫描电镜图像,实时检测固态锂电池中锂枝晶的生长状态,包括其形貌、化学成分组成、生长机制等。
