Abstract:

一种增强阴极水反补阳极能力的被动式直接甲醇燃料电池属于质子交换膜燃料电池领域。结构包括甲醇溶液存储腔、穿孔板、蒸气腔、绝缘垫片、阳极集流板、复合膜电极、阴极集流板、阴极空气自呼吸腔,各部件之间利用孔通过绝缘螺栓和螺母进行连接和固定。该电池利用聚乙烯醇膜将阴极生成的水输回阳极,缓解阴极水淹的问题、缓解阳极甲醇穿透的问题、减缓阳极催化剂中毒的速度、保证质子交换膜的含水量;提升了燃料电池的输出功率、能量转化率和使用寿命。使得直接甲醇燃料电池能够使用较高浓度甲醇溶液或纯甲醇作为燃料正常工作,提升电池的总发电量。
