Abstract:

本发明公开了一种铕铽掺杂介孔碳参与NiMgO复合物负载铂催化剂的制备方法和应用。该催化剂的制备为少量的表面活性剂分散剂将硝酸镍、硝酸镁、配合物离子和介孔碳回流反应,制备出NiMgO复合物,再通过浸渍法将铕铽稀土配合物负载其上,然后通过沉积沉淀法和氢气还原法负载铂,制备出高比表面积(100~130m2/g)和热稳定性高(>650℃)的铕铽掺杂NiMgO复合物负载铂Pt/Eu‑Tb‑NiMgO催化剂。本发明制备的催化剂对高空速和低浓度苯和甲苯具有较高的消除效率。在250℃时,100小时内保持苯消除率>90%;在220℃时,100小时内保持甲苯消除率>90%。本发明催化剂具有原材料廉价、催化剂制备工艺简单、实用性强,完全消除苯系物温度低、效率高、无二次污染等优点。
