Abstract:

一种实现晚期垃圾渗滤液深度脱氮同步硫单质回收的装置与方法属于污水生物处理领域。N‑Anammox/S‑Anammox反应器中有氨氧化菌、亚硝态氮型厌氧氨氧化菌、硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化菌。每个反应周期包括进水、曝气、缺氧搅拌、沉淀、排水、闲置阶段。进水中50‑70%氨氮在曝气阶段的微溶解氧条件下通过短程硝化与厌氧氨氧化的协同作用直接被去除转化为N2。缺氧搅拌阶段反应器内剩余30‑50%氨氮在SO42‑为电子受体条件下被S‑Anammox去除。硫单质作为S‑Anammox代谢终产物沉淀于反应器底部,每五个反应周期对富集的硫单质进行收集。本发明具有污染物去除效率高、操控简洁、运行成本低等特点,在无外碳源投加条件下,不仅完成对晚期垃圾渗滤液的深度脱氮处理,同时实现高品位硫单质回收的目的。
