Abstract：
一种适用于钛合金的二硫化钼‑铝自润滑涂层及其应用，涉及磁控溅射及其应用领域。利用磁控溅射共溅射方法直接制得二硫化钼‑铝复合润滑涂层。通过与现有二氧化钛纳米管阵列结合，二硫化钼和铝同时溅射得到的复合润滑涂层被成功应用到钛合金上，在RH＝20％湿度下复合涂层可以服役寿命最高可以延长到31130laps, 而纯二硫化钼涂层的服役寿命则只到了13200laps。在RH＝30％的条件下，纯二硫化钼涂层的服役寿命只到了865laps, 而二硫化钼复合涂层的则达到了4995laps。
