Abstract:

一种通过表面掺杂来提高二维材料KP15电学性能的方法属于光电材料与器件领域。本发明通过在材料表面掺杂有机分子,调控了KP15的导电类型以及载流子浓度,使其电学性能大大提高。本发明方法简单、效果显著,不会对材料本身造成伤害,并且具有可逆性,可推广应用于其它二维材料的掺杂中。此外,本发明增强了KP15材料的导电性,为其偏振光电探测器的应用打下了基础。
