Abstract:

一种书写式表面增强拉曼散射基底的制备方法及应用,属于表面增强拉曼基底技术领域。包括以下步骤:制备直径为1‑10nm的烃基硫醇修饰的金属纳米颗粒;将金属纳米颗粒溶于有机溶剂中制备金属纳米颗粒的胶体溶液,用所制备的胶体溶液作“墨水”,在衬底表面书写图案。使用前,将书写图案放置于恒温炉内加热,得到所述表面增强拉曼散射基底。本发明所制备表面增强拉曼散射基底在退火前可在空气中长期存放,稳定性高,适用多种的应用领域。
