Abstract:

使用V元素增强Ni基耐磨激光熔覆涂层及其制备方法,属于激光涂层技术领域。向镍基自熔性合金粉末中加入一定比例的钒铁粉、B4C粉和Y2O3粉,在高能激光束的照射下,使复合粉末与基材表面快速熔化,在熔池中原位生成VC陶瓷硬质相,并快速凝固形成熔覆层。本发明原位反应生成的VC陶瓷硬质相与基体呈良好的冶金结合,熔覆层组织致密、均匀,无气孔、夹渣、裂纹等缺陷。熔覆层的硬度达到了1000HV以上,耐磨性比镍基自熔性合金熔覆层提高4倍以上,用于修复轧辊可大大延长轧辊的使用寿命。
