Abstract:

本发明公开了一种水平段钻井轴向振动减阻实验装置,包括模拟水平段钻井本体、轴向振动总成、载荷加载总成、测量总成、循环总成和支撑架,模拟水平段钻井本体包括模拟井筒和模拟钻杆。模拟井筒内部设置模拟钻杆,模拟钻杆上设置轴向振动总成,轴向振动总成用于模拟水力振荡器的振动过程,模拟钻杆的最右端设置载荷加载总成,模拟钻杆的左端和右端设置测量总成。模拟井筒的下方设置支撑架,支撑架与地面接触,用于支撑整个实验装置。本发明可用于研究轴向振动工具对于钻杆的减阻机理以及不同的钻井液排量等因素对减阻效果的影响规律等问题。
