Abstract：
一种Si、Mg、Zr微合金化AlCuMn耐热铝合金及热处理工艺，属于耐热合金材料技术领域。合金成分：4％‑5.6％Cu、0％‑0.35％Mg、0.2％‑0.4％Mn、0％‑0.3％Zr、0％‑0.3％Si，其余含量为高纯铝。本发明采用Si、Mg、Zr微合金化和不同的热处理工艺, 提高了合金的热稳定性，使得该合金在225～325℃长时间热暴露下具有较高的强度，保持良好的热稳定性。
