Abstract:

本发明涉及稀土永磁材料晶界扩散技术领域,具体涉及一种涂覆浆料及高性能钕铁硼磁体的制备方法。涂覆浆料包括以下重量份组分:有机溶剂40~60份和纳米颗粒40~60份;所述有机溶剂的沸点为78℃~300℃;所述纳米颗粒中含有重稀土元素。本发明的浆料能够显著提高钕铁硼磁体矫顽力,同时能够较好地兼顾磁体方形度。本发明的浆料与磁体结合力强,浆料可重复使用,浆料利用率接近100%,不会造成重稀土资源的浪费,节约生产成本,适用范围广。
