Abstract:

本发明公开了一种补偿的基于薄膜铌酸锂波导的不等臂马赫‑曾德尔干涉仪,用于解决量子密钥系统中随着成码率需求越来越大,不等臂光纤延时越来越小而无法通过光纤熔接的方式实现的问题。包括Y分支分束器、Y分支合束器、下参考臂波导、上左波导、上右波导、下左延时补偿波导、下右延时补偿波导、相位调制区。上左波导和上右波导结构相同,下左延时补偿波导和下右延时补偿波导结构相同,且他们都满足空间位置对称。当一束脉冲信号通过Y分支分束器,被分成了上下两路信号。上路信号经过一段延时调制之后进入到Y分支合束器的上臂。下路信号通过对上臂弯曲波导的补偿到达Y分支合束器的下臂。两路光信号相互干涉,使特定的频率信号增强,相反则使得特定的频率信号相消。
