Abstract:

一种高酶固定量的大孔‑大介孔‑小介孔三级多孔二氧化硅的制备方法,属于酶固定技术领域。以P123和聚苯乙烯为模板剂,采用间隔自组装法结合水热法制备大孔‑大介孔‑小介孔三级多孔二氧化硅。称取20g质量分数10%的P123水溶液, 加入60g去离子水与11.9g质量分数为37%的浓盐酸,0.1g的聚苯乙烯微球(PS),再加入2.55g的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)并置于43℃水浴锅中磁力搅拌,间隔3.5小时再次加入等量的TEOS,继续水浴24h;水浴结束后将所得溶液转入反应釜,水热陈化24h;反应结束后将所得产物离心、抽滤、洗涤,对干燥后的样品进行煅烧,所得的样品具有三级分布的孔径,并且对于木瓜蛋白酶的固定量最高可达877mg/g。
