Abstract:

一种核壳结构高铝粉煤灰氯离子结合陶砂的制备方法,属于混凝土材料技术领域。所述陶砂分为芯核和壳层两部分;按质量百分比,芯核成分配比为:粉煤灰25~35wt%、电石渣65~75wt%;壳层成分配比为:赤泥35~41wt%、粉煤灰31~34wt%、粘土10~13wt%、石英粉15~25wt%;通过在成球盘中将原料与水混合制备芯核直径2.5‑3mm, 整体外直径5‑6mm的核壳陶砂;将核壳陶砂烘干后放入高温炉中烧结;烧结制度为:自室温升至200℃,在200℃保温2h,再从200℃升温至1200℃,在1200℃保温30min,随炉冷却。所述氯离子结合陶粒的氯离子结合量为22.9‑25mg/g。以该陶砂配制混凝土,可望解决混凝土中氯离子存在导致的钢筋锈蚀问题,延长钢筋混凝土耐久性。
