Abstract:

一种无钴富锂类单晶梯度材料及其制备方法,属于锂离子电池材料制备技术领域。类单晶颗粒,平均分子式为xLi2MnO3·1‑xLiTMO2,TM为Ni或Ni和Mn,0<x<1;所述梯度为自颗粒中心至表面Mn含量逐渐降低、Ni含量逐渐升高,中心组分Ni:Mn的摩尔比例=a:1‑a;0≤a<1。通过调控成分梯度,在维持平均组分不变的基础上,类单晶颗粒内部Ni、Mn元素变化趋势可调,在不涉及后续改性方法下,通过斜率设计结合熔盐烧结使得正极材料兼具类单晶化及浓度梯度的特性,能够避免循环材料裂纹、粉化,循环及结构稳定性能显著优于商业化多晶正极材料。
