Abstract：
本发明提供一种含铝自钝化钨合金及其制备方法与应用，所述自钝化钨合金包括基体元素W以及钝化元素Cr和Al。进一步地，所述钝化元素Cr的质量百分比含量为2‑12％，钝化元素Al的质量百分比含量为1‑3％。本发明采用机械合金化得到合金粉末后进行放电等离子烧结制备所述自钝化钨合金。本发明通过在钨基体中添加一定量的铬和铝作为钝化元素，实现了抗氧化性能的明显提高，而且稳定性也得到提高，可适应更为严苛的应用环境。
